• Refunds are available only for products that are deemed to be of unsatisfactory quality by our standards.

• Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the product in question.

• We may request that you return the product for further inspection. In such cases, C Vibes will cover the cost of return shipping.


4. Refund Process:

• If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

• Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.


5. Partial Refunds:
