1. Delivery Timeline
- Orders are delivered within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed the same day for next-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following day.
2. Delivery Hours
- Deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
3. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver to select locations.
- Please enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm service availability in your area.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499.
- A ₹49 delivery fee applies to orders below ₹499.
5. Packaging & Freshness
- All fish are packed in insulated, temperature-controlled boxes to maintain peak freshness.
- We use hygienic, leak-proof packaging to ensure quality and safety.
6. Missed Deliveries
- If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule.
- After multiple failed attempts, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
7. Order Tracking
- You'll receive real-time updates and tracking information via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
